In addition, Werfenweng has a small but beautiful ski and snowboard area that is ideal for families with smaller children or beginners. You can easily board the Rosnerköpfl gondola from the village, which takes you straight to the slopes. The more experienced skier or boarder, can go about 30 kilometres away.
