At night the temperature can really drop, so make sure you have warm clothing with you., In summer, especially in July and August, be prepared for insects. This is mosquito and black fly season so it's important to bring insect repellent, which will help prevent you from being bitten., Jasper experienced significant wildfires that impacted the region in 2024. Jasper is ready to welcome back visitors, and many of the town’s stunning landscapes and exciting activities remain untouched and waiting to be explored. However, you will see signs of the wildfire’s impact in certain areas.
