The holiday apartment is located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Maria Alm, surrounded by the impressive mountain scenery of the Steinernes Meer, the Pinzgauer Grasberge, and the Hochkönig massif in the beautiful Salzburgerland.

In winter, the free ski bus takes you to the popular ski resort of Hochkönig in just a few minutes, featuring approximately 120 km of perfectly groomed slopes. Other top ski resorts such as the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn, the Schmittenhöhe, and the glacier ski resort Kitzsteinhorn can also easily be reached in 15-30 minutes by car. For families and beginners, the small, cozy family ski area of Hinterreit with 4 km of slopes is even right at your doorstep!

In spring, summer and autumn, this is a true paradise for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts, with hundreds of kilometers of hiking and biking trails. For a refreshing dip, there are various swimming pools in the area, such as the Erlebnisbad Sommerstein, the Erlebnisbad Käpt'n Hook in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, and the three beach baths at lake Zeller See in Zell am See.

The center of Saalfelden, with a good selection of shops, restaurants, and a public swimming pool, can be reached in less than 10 minutes, whereas the charming city of Salzburg is about a 1.5-hour drive away and perfect for a day trip!
