Everything you need for a carefree stay by the sea is available. Enjoy nature and take wonderful bike rides through the dunes and polders or explore the towns of Cadzand and Breskens.

There's plenty to experience around the beach house. You step directly onto the wide, expansive beach: perfect for long walks, sunbathing, flying kites, or a refreshing swim in the sea. Each season has its charm here, from summer beach days to brisk winter walks followed by hot chocolate. The beach is known for its clean, spacious layout and good amenities, with various rental points for everything you need at the beach. The beach pavilions invite you to enjoy a lovely lunch, dinner, or a drink with a view of the sea.

The surroundings are perfect for long walks and beautiful bike rides along the coast and through the dunes. From Nieuwvliet, you can bike straight towards the Belgian countryside, where peace, nature, and vast landscapes await you.
